A day with Sleddogs

Get out of the train in Tjappsåive (spoken Tschapps) and walk to our Lodge in only five minutes. Combine a comfortable overnight stop with an exciting day with our friendly huskies and thrilling wilderness activities.

How to get there:
Inlandsbanan
Tjapps train station is located between Arvidsjaur and Moskosel. Attention: Tjappsåive is not an offcial stop, please contact the train stuff (conductor) to stop the train at the Tjappsåive train station! 5 minutes walk to the wilderness lodge.

By car or bicycle
10 km south of Moskosel or 30 km north of Arvidsjaur you leave the road E 45 and follow the signs „Tjappsåive” and „Burning Snow” about 4 kilometers to our wilderness lodge.

Accommodation:
You stay in one of the two double bedrooms in our cosy wooden cabin with a fantastic view on the lake. In the cabin you find a living-room with an open fireplace and a toilet. The bathroom is located close-by in the lovely wood-heated sauna-building.

Activities:
Meet our incredible huskies and learn all about breeding, training and racing of sled dogs. Guided fishing trip on a beautiful lake around Tjapps.
Enjoy a hiking tour in the ancient pine forest of the Reivo Nature Reserve accompanied by huskies.

Price:
890 SEK per person, incl. breakfast, outdoor-dinner, activities and accommodation. Special price for kids and families.
